Am IThe management of this company has never proven that their interests are aligned with shareholders.  The share price goes down and they just grant themselves more shares at a lower price.  They continue to pay themselves a salary despite inability to deliver on promises.  The share price is in a 5 year downtrending channel.  If the Board of Directors was truly independent they would have fired the lot of them years ago.
The technology is still unknown.  I'm cautiously optimistic about that, but nothing else is favorable here.
I agree with the earlier comment that they keep trying the same thing (i.e IR) and expecting different results.
