RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Confused and FI don't believe the management has any of their own money invested, but that's based on past reading of filings.  They are paid cash salaries, and compensated with share options that have been repriced as the share price has cratered for years.  I do not believe any member of the management of this company has purchased shares on the open market, but I could be wrong about that.   The money comes from share issuances.

Flowstar was a pig in a poke, and the fiasco they went through there (with delayed filings and excessive penalties in the form of share issuance for the purchase) was a clear warning sign that the management of this company did not have their acts together.
