OK,
I"m pissed now.
I'm ready to buck up my shares in a proxy vote.
I have ownership directly or indirectly for about 1,000,000 shares.

I'm tired of raising money to pay Peter's salary, and i certainly don't want to see our shares diluted at less than 10 cents.

A solid plan needs to be put together that either (a) brings someone in who can drive this project forward or (b) someone brings in a vend in deal to drive this share price up or (c) we bring in new management.

So what's the play Mack?

I'm going to do some work on this.
