I wasn't trying to make any assumptions or predictions based on the article.  I am just trying to get an idea of first cycle approval rates for drugs with priority review as compared with non-priority drugs.  It does seem to be significantly higher regardless of company size.  Everything I have seen so far from LUX has given me a lot of  confidence that they know what they are doing and will have every i dotted and t crossed in their application.
