RE: RE: WTF?ALKHOR - you could well be right  . But whether the SP is being knocked back for the reasons you give or not - one thing is for sure - the stock is not getting the recognition or valuation based on the metrics.
There have been subtle signs that the stock is trying to rise each day only to be hit.
 As you say - there could be a suitor out there that wants the company for less and is actively holding the SP down to give the appearance of an offer with a premium looking better than it really is.
Fortunately I dont think Ray would recommend a sale to the shareholders  under about $6.50
