I'd be ticked off if the rogue trades happened during a major buying session, but the last three days have been overwhelmingly at bid. There's a lot more to the quotes you're all seeing. In this range, posted bid/ask are in lots of 5000. There could be hundreds of other bids and asks in between those numbers in odd lot sizes, say 1000 @ .181 or 200 at .182. Also, the buyer and/or seller might have an "all or nothing" order. If you put in a market sell order of 200 @ .17, and the guy holding the bid has an all or nothing at .18, it would go down to the next bid. That's why you see those kinds of trades.
