For those of you who received the SMF voting materials and are intended to vote on line please take note.
The person who designed the form is a "bird brain" (and I'm being kind). The all important "Control Number" to gain internet access to vote is hidden inconspicuously in the bottom left corner. Yes, that corner and not the top right corner where everyone would look first. There is a number on the top right corner alright, called the "Holder Account Number". This may be an important number for whatever purpose, but not for internet access to vote.
Hope that helps those of you who intend to vote on line.
