RE: Sustainable Higher Price>>What has plagued the share price from day 1 has been the continuous need to come to the market for funding
Wow Schiff, that’s quite the revelation! Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t every junior ‘plagued’ with having to continuously come to the market for funding? Thank goodness they do or we wouldn’t have an opportunity to buy into them!
>>...on the advice of Stormont, our largest shareholder, we are not proceeding with a PP until the price better reflects the underlying value, which we feel is more in the range of .50 per share
In my opinion, their largest shareholder has done nothing but hold the share price back over the last year, both on his own AND through the SLAs!! What a crock! We all likely could have seen at least a .50 share price late last year...and if that’s ‘a better underlying value’ as the puppet put it, the sp would have held around that range and the pp’s that have been done since then would have been less dilutive.
>>The reflection of the current stock price is not based on fundamentals, it's based on the continued perception of dilution
The continued perception of a pp ‘might’ be partly to blame but I think it’s more likely that most informed investors have lost faith in management and are now sitting on the sidelines watching this circus and waiting for a significant development.

WTF?? How do you go from ‘...something seems to be in the works in the background but has to be confirmed by the board’ to ‘...it does seem like talks with another party have been ongoing but nothing yet finalized’
You dreamers are at least a source of entertainment but I feel sorry for anyone who buys GAP based on what they read by the pumpers on this board.
Good luck,
