Has anyone emailed McKenzie??

Has anyone emailed McKenzie??I sent Jim McKenzie a professionally toned email almost two weeks ago and have yet to receive any kind of reply.

It frustrates me to no end when I email a company I'm invested in and my questions are ignored.

I'm curious if anyone here has emailed Ucore and what the turnaround time for a reply was??
