I am glad at least one person here can see the possible significance to VST of the many articles on the wires today concerning the PSC's. Iit seems most other people except yourself still just want to respond to that idiot Goof40.

If the many articles are correct and if Bagdad eventually confirm this (there is a further meeting reported for June 20th) then this could be the most significant news coming out of the KRG this year.

"He (Massoud Barzani) says that oil-rich Kurdistan has resolved most of its oil revenue disputes with the central government. Barzani says Baghdad also agrees to deals the Kurds signed directly with international oil firms."
