The share price is contained by persistent selling.

There is no need for a PP, so that is not the answer and the value is quite high and becoming higher with each new drill result.
The only conclusion is a TO by Hudbay at a price that is scandalously cheap but still at a large premium to a pounded down share price.
Otherwise, this stock would be trading in the
.75 range.
Anyone know how many shares are held by management ?
Are they aligned with us or Hudbay ?
