This is a rare instance where the company's inventory can multiply and "grow itself".  They have valued the inventory at 230k but claim that it has increased in size (via reproduction).  That is my understanding.
However, what good is inventory if it cannot be sold?
There is an old saying..."production minus sales equals scrap".
