there was some 100million outstanding, and they got taken out for 47 cents on the dollar, worth approx 47MILLION $$
With that operation off of Vic's plate get ready for a exciting upcoming fall for Lakeside steel.
a 50Million buy out of Lakeside would place us well over 50cents! More like 75cents per share... not bad considering they plan on doing some 200million bucks this year with a positive EBITA!
Give me 75cents today and i will tender my shares! Tender those share... EXCITING Events in 2010.. stay tuned my friends.!
