The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Europe SmallCap Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the funds total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that is comprised of the small-capitalization segment of the European dividend-paying market. The fund is non-diversified.

I have no idea if what Evergreen is touting is more efficient that what Day4 offers. I highly doubt it matters in the short term to medium . Production supply lines and capacity, existing customer relationships, sales presence in key markets, ultimate cost to customers (vs. efficiency...more efficient but more expensive are counter balancing), R&D base to fine tune and upgrade existing technologies are all factors in determing who gets the contracts. Judging from recent weeks and monthsof contract announcements Day4 seems to be doing just fine, and are ramping up capacity in Europe to meet existing demand. If that's toast I'd like mine butter-side up.
