RE: Just wondering -

RE: Just wondering -Vector Vest did absolutely nothing for me. Period.

If you believe in it you would have sold Crescent Point ("CPG") and Bankers Petroleum ("BNK"), which I did.  At least in my case I was sitting in a small profit position on both of them and the momentum seems to have stalled at the time.  I called up Vector Vest and it had a "sell" recommendation on both of them so I sold them both.  BNK resumed its advancement thereafter (as in right now) but CPG was still in the low $39 level (but yields 7% a year).  May be I subconsciously wanted to sell both but just need a justification and should not blame Vector Vest.

However, I doubt it works the wonder it claims.  I ended my trial subscription because I don't want it to become my investment horoscope and have it touted me on or off an investment decision.  After all investment is an art, not an exact science (with mechanical formulas).  Instinct and intuition is more important than something churned out by a system.
