Call co. Monday a.m. and have the proxy emailed to you(you can print it or whatever but best just to forward). Make sure they include broker instructions, as broker will have to guarantee your signature or use their co medallion for same. I merely sent (emailed) the proxy with my instructions and broker forwarded it. I typed exactly how I wanted to vote(with hold all re: board members and 'for' auditor. If you have a 2 bit broker,they ay not co-operate. It still seems like spittin' in the wind, as board has deck stacked in their favor. Sure wish we'd get the good news bump on Monday/Tues. I'd sell and never look back at this disaster.
