Gryphon Gold Corporation (TSX:GGN)(OTCBB:GYPH) announced today that it has closed a US$200,000 Private Placement to Sage Gold as contemplated by the March 8, 2010 Option Agreement, as amended. Gryphon has issued 1,464,429 units at a price of CDN .14/unit for gross proceeds of C$205,000.

How much do they need $9MM = 64 MM shares .. this is a lot of dilution.
But no one will give them all that money knowing how this management team is a burning dollar machine

They play a Monopoly game.... pass GO and collect more from Shareholders.

This company is going nowhere. RED911 go complain on Kodiak AGO Board... How much money KXL have $20 MM!!
