RE: RE: RE: RE: How could someone make 18.85M$ misNot a poster at all or barley but page 30 of 40 on the Canaccord report is somewhat disturbing I feel and would or could spook anybody into unloading, the report is very current (30 June '10). If memory serves me correctly this info was shared with all some months and deemed irrelevant as they were free and clear of ownership/legal issues etc.
Anyway my estimations remain positive and they (eas) will prevail. Seems to be strong support circa the $5.40 level. Have a great weekend all.
"On our trip the company reiterated its version of the current status. It describes two general forestry
statuses – Protected forest and Production forest. In 1999 under confusing conditions the
Miwah area was changed from Production to Protected forest status. First, the company
suggests the ability to advance a mining project under both designations is possible. That
said, the process for disrupting of a Production forest designated area is logically simpler
and under Protected forest status, at the least, a land swap would be required. Our
understanding is that the company has made an application to the Regency government
to clarify the current designation, lobbying the government to change the 1999 Protected
forest designation. Assuming a positive outcome with the Regency government, EAS
would make a joint application with the Regency government to the Federal government,
asking to change the status back to Production forest"
