You should note that the overwhelming majority of monies and loans associated with the aforementioned initiative have not as yet been approved nor disbursed.
Moreover, Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc/Aperto representatives have not addressed nor duly resolved issues which such persons had collectively indicated would be finalized by “the end of the month” – i.e. the end of the month, last month – its now July 4th,2010.
Note: The interval comprised of 60 business days ends at the end of the business day during July 9th, 2010 - give or take a day or so, eh.
Its either 400,000.00 Dollars worth of ca$h; or Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc shares, in lieu of such cash.
And that is simply one of the issues which must be resolved (full stop, period).
