RE: This is very good news for ISA
RE: This is very good news for ISALUX appears to have no concerns about ISA's future. On the surface, should ISA go into bankruptcy, the IP is retained by Paladin and all of ISA's agreements on indications could be kaput. One possibility is that Paladin signed off on existing agreements with Lux and Atruim etc, that allowed ISA to finance via Paladin. Alternately, perhaps Lux has done a sidebar deal with Paladin rather than spend money propping up ISA to protect their investment in voclosporin should there be further delays on the NDA? Perhaps ISA will someday provide some "market visibility" on such issues?
