RE: RE: Going over the facts

RE: RE: Going over the factsRockhead, you slipped up again as pointed out by Captain. That is what happens when you are always slipping and sliding betwwen the cracks. Proves you have no credibility.

1) You tried hard to slip out of the fact that you have over and over stated JJ only wants the nickel from Liberty. Liberty sells concentrate to Xstrata as approved by JJ and the exemption to sell directly to JJ expires this year. JJ gets no nickel directly from Liberty. End of story and dont' try to weasel out of that.

2) We will all be watching the production carefully as that is what determines the future of the company. Short on delivery? 3 mines permitted and a new mill built (mill permited and built in 16 months!). Show me any company that can compare to delivery of that over a few years time span. And don't bring up the crap about being an old mill. The only thing old in the mill are the ball mill shells and some scrap steel from the original Langmuir mill. Ask the mill super to verify that if you need to. I was on the mill tour in 2007 and it is a heck of a fine facility built with mainly new equipment including the building shell.

3) Don't know anything about what ISM thinks past or future other than the BS spouted by you over the years. The Micon report of ISM dispels any disagreement about what the L2 resource was stated to be before it was released as compared to reality when it was released. Looks like Millright claimed Victory on that one.

4)Explanation is probably very simple simple. The previous ones must not have lived up to managements expectations or standards. That is what happens in any well managed company -perform, get out or get fired.
