What is the purpose of your Post!
Their are a number of shallow statements in your post. Chemotherapy cocktails are still the most effective first line treatment. I don't know what you are talking about maybe you want to pump Abraxis here. Also all the so called new treatments add only months on the lifespan they are not blowing cancer away except maybe in a small percentages in certain cell lines.
First Reolysin is cheap to make so depending on the effectiveness we have a large leeway in priceing even for Europe.
Second any side effects are mild, researchers have difficulty in telling effects from just Chemo. alone.
Third is how flexible it can be, say you start with standard Chemo and when the patient can't continue you conttinue with Reolysin and say Avastin as an example you don't miss a beat. My guess is it can be added to just about any new treatment.
For any new investor is really simple just look at the numbers in the Head and Neck in Britian, then look at the historical numbers Brad has given us, do you believe the historical numbers do you believe that the confirmation trial will be good. Also take into account that the new trial will continue with Reolysin after Chemo stops with those that do not advance which should add on to lifespans how long I don't know but it should be significantly better than the original study. If you think they can reach the endpoints buy it. It will be approved no matter what is coming down the line for any competition. Once approved the company will jump a lot period. If you believe they can't reach the endpoints don't buy it!
I believe it will be successfull!
