.20 tomorrow? What planet do you live on? ISA clearly states it has cash til Q4 of 2010, and the Europe approval can't happen til Q1 2011 at best (if it is approved at all). Even the fastest NEW trial in the USA will take more than a year, plus time for NDA reapplication. ISA has no more assets, PERIOD. There is nothing to left to raise $$$ against.
Only question remaining is whether Paladin takes over or if they allow a takeover by someone else. Anyone holding stock now is praying for a takeover, but given Foster's record I doubt that will happen in any way that benefits shareholders. Sept AGM I would recommend a shareholders revolt and vote out Foster. At least get enough votes to raise the question and see what side Paladin comes out on.
