I would have the same questions. The letter does not use names or quotes so I have some difficulty with it as well. I do trust this person not to pump me crap. I do not have the pied piper personality required to send anyone over a cliff. 
I have been up to the CANCEN facility a few times over the last couple of months and watched what it can do.
Mlucci, I did not write that they are trying to push the limits of the technology the letter I received did. I do know that they are not running at 100% capacity but what they are trying to do is to push the technical limits of the unit in order to see where it will fail. 60% oil and tar and 20% solids was also the number that I was told my last trip. I am sure WSCE will offically release that information. if they are sharing these numbers to potential clients and shareholders that are on sight  then it is no real secret.
Pioneer69, the share price is s!@! and my wife wishes I sold months ago. Until this management  team gets their crap together and releases information than this stock is going to do nothing. I have also questioned management on this and was told that communication was going to change soon. How soon and to what degree I have no idea. 
I will be travelling up to the sight again in September with my brother so if you have question let me know I will ask them on the forums behalf and post it.
