After observing this board for well over a year I feel I must jump in right at this point to thank Mr. Crude for the most eloquent and accurate response I have seen to date
I would also like to send regards to a few here who do know.

As to more than a few of the others - get a job.
As for myself - to avoid the the onslaught, been there, done that
Want the name of a good restaurant in Erbil, Suli and points around with directions, I can help.
The prize is there but there is going to have to have some serious blood-letting at the head offices and the onsite trailers to get it out.
