RE: RE: RE: Who EverThat's the heart of the problem. The market for this stock hasn't seen that kind of daily volume for a long time. The result of a market order would have been to drive the price into the ground for days at a time as he took every offer at lower and lower prices 'till finally unloading his entire position. The average volume for the last 3 months is just over half of his position size, meaning that it could have taken as many as two days to dump the whole thing and would have hit every single low-ball limit order along the way. Chances are, he was hoping for someone like you to take him out at predictable terms.
