Beenthere why would you ask me for an explaination? What makes you think I know the answer. In my opinion they fuckdup big time and look like fools. Am I happy with the way this went down? I took a big loss as did most longs. But I also took advantage of this mess to double my position becuase although they messed up this financing it does not amount to much in the long run. Maybe they will recognize the need to bolster their management team with someone with market sense. Bottom line though they still have a leading technology that has tremendous value way beyond what the share price that it was trading for today. This pullback will be temporary and the same market players that took it down will move it back up. The only rational explaination I have for this crazy offering is that MDG has recieved a promise. Give us this financing at this price and we will move the share price to a much higher level.  Watch what happens to the share price over the next month and I think we will see it much higher than todays slaughter.

You have been bitching about this company for months and as far as I am concerned you were acting like a child. But as of today you have something valid to complain about... But don't go saying I told you so. That just makes you sound very small.
