RE: RE: Coincidence?Beenthere you are pi--ed as i think we all are, however I think there are probably legalities or strings to the Darpa money that put the onus on mdg to step to the plate with the cash asap before distribution or within a very defined time frame. Although if that were the case then why not do the float let the stock drop then announce darpa a week or so later with the pull back in the rearview, surley they knew weeks ago they would need to poney up. Again many possibilities and without knowing the structure or requirements of the funding we can only speculate. My question, and I do not profess to be an expert on mdg or finance, but why would they not draw on the 10 million standby facility they negoiated a few months back, did they burn through this already? 7 million does not seem like much not sure why they had to market to get it? Lastly is the 13 mill being kicked in by the real estate entity for leasehold improvements or building costs, who are they and why are they part of the deal?
