new board of directors at special meeting?If there was any interest at all in ISA and voclosporin, the company could be taken over by simply running an alternative slate of directors. Then the new board could make management changes as it wished, after canceling all golden parachutes......unfortunately, I don't see this happening. I expect Foster will be the last man standing and will no doubt cash the last cheque too.
