    Dali , my guess is $5.00 buy out, The question about it being an unproven technology ,once this thing is put on the test bench with a dynometer the proof is in the pudding, the fortune 100 will have this data looong before you and I and will make the move before the rest of the world has it. 26 millon shares x 5 = 1.3 billion. Look at the revinue numbers of a fortune 1000 company like , ohhh I don't know say Honeywell . Easlily justified buy out price based on their cash on hand. 1.3 B  is chump change.
