Well, if I'm reading the Capital Market Tribunal notes correctly it looks like the hearing has been pushed to April or May 2026. Ridiculous.

It looks like the hearing for "the person" Is scheduled for Wednesday, 12 November. I would hope the results of that hearing would be made within a couple of weeks.
