To me this is very simple.
This stock will move in about 3 months.  Providing Tocher meets his guidance.  Judging from Q2, we can expect somewhere at the lower end of his guidance.  In any event, his guidance bracket for Q3 was way above any previously Quarter.
So then the stock will start to move.... until then... I expect nothing.  I have my 10k in shares, and I'll sit on it.
