Disagree with me if you like - but you're really disagreeing with the market. If this LL property was worth 100 million, wouldn't NAG's market cap be over $18m? Think about that for a minute.
Don't you think their coal operations and soon-to-be operations just might be discounted into the current share price to some degree? If they are, what does that mean that the market is valuing the LL property at? Far, far less than $18 million.
Of course, if you think that the market's wrong, then load up on shares!
Though the fundamentals for copper are bullish, that doesn't change the fact that the LL property is not worth anywhere close to the $155 million that someone estimated.
