oil price CLL starts losing money

oil price CLL starts losing money
By the time CLL gets its act together and prod reaches 10K at Pod1 we'll be in fourth quarter. By then US economy will be in recession mode (US Q3 GDP <1%, Q4 GDP negative) and oil demand destruction will be well on its way. Figure oil to be at $40/barrel by then so my question is does this jeopardize production? CLL interrupted prod last year when oil had dropped significantly (can't remember what level) because prod costs exceeded revenue. If price of oil drops significantly again, what has changed with company that would allow continued production. Can someone tell me at what oil price CLL starts losing money on production?
