RE: Agreement document on Sedar.

RE: Agreement document on Sedar.

thats a very onerous document Heavy... some points jump out at me from a cursory scan....

2.5m from Third Eye... 7.5m from Sprott

DOR cant go elsewhere for additional debt without first giving this lender first bite at the cherry

The capex limitiations in 2010, 2011, 2012 are interesting numbers and presumably they are not plucked out of thin air

If Im reading it correctly the lenders also have the right to terminate the agreement if they or their agents arrive at the conclusion at any stage that the bulk sampling plan as outlined to them doesnt contain the prospect of arriving at a definitive resource estimate

The tone and tenor of this agreement is definitely loaded in favour of the lender as opposed to us, the borrower..... I feel violated just having read it !!!

Having said that we were always going to have to bend over and take it if we wanted to see progress..... after being pimped out like this though the least we deserve is a dollar and a 'thank you'..... as a sharehoder I may have to accept being a hooker to the money men, but I aint a crack ho........lol
