is Joe Dwek buying (in the private market) existing options/warrants from previous PP holders only to sell them in the public market?

he can do this at an SP loss but at a Tax gain for his fund vehicles?

the funds raised go to DOR treasury due to the fact that options/warrants are effectively being exercised?

why would he do this? is this sinister or are we being primed for an SP push that will benefit everyone?
