RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: MAR takeout $3.55Arny it's all in the press release. .3CCC for 1 BTC = 3 for 10.

Under the proposed terms Benton will issue 0.3 CCC shares for every existing Benton share held at the date of record.

Freedom - Your numbers are correct. I just saw a mistake in my spread sheet. I'll post it at the end of this post. I almost forgot that if BTC keeps the MAR shares then they get a piece of the gold company that they plan to create when the deal goes through. So in actual fact the valuation of MAR holding is much higher than the buyout price.

Coro is moving north of 50 cents. There was a pull back today but it didn't last and it finished strong. Normally you get a pull back but either something is up or else the market is in the buy in the fall and sell in the spring mode.

Sure looks like BTC could be in cruise mode. King results could be out by the end of the month then Rim then the EIS public hearing then CCC. Like Bedrock posted Kudos to BTC management. Long term holders could be in for a very exciting year end. I don't want to jinx anything but if a few things go well for BTC then there is no reason why they can't be back up to the all time high of 2 bucks or so but posting this could jinx it. Here's my spread sheet on BTC holdings with today's closing prices. I get 56 cents plus my last post I had 25 cents for the other stuff but with the MAR press release that goes up at least to 35 cents. So low valuation for BTC is now 91 cents but that is JMHO.

Company shares Share Price Equity share valuation
Coro 58000000 $0.55 $31,900,000.00 $0.421

PVS 1500000 $0.35 $517,500.00 $0.007
