RE: RE: Let's Review This Mess

RE: RE: Let's Review This MessYes,the project would have been going forward much faster without Sintezneftegaz/Nakor but we dont know the
reasons for the latest shift of operator.
From Energulfs newsrelease we know that analysis of 1711 is ongoing, that probably means that the russians
have paid for the latest work, that work started around middle of june. The work could be data integration,it was said that would take 6 months.
When Nakor recently resumed beeing operator from the interim operator Namcor they must have been giving
assurances that they would move the project forward.
So why are the shifting operator again?
I think Sintez is in the process of selling their interest in 1711,but it could also be due to a new reorganization
in Sintez.
I dont think the shift of operator is a kind of warning from the namibians. If Nakor didnt pay for the work program the namibian government could kick the russians out and deal out the 70% interest to the JV partners.
