Interesting comment on Sandstorm in "Gold Stock DaInteresting excerpt from Gold Stock Daily dated Sept. 12/10 on Franco Nevada - mentions Sandstorm's attractive gold stream portfolio:
"Franco Nevada is a gold royalty company, so their options for acquisitions are extremely limited. The one obvious choice would be a buyout of its smaller rival Royal Gold. Just don’t ever ask me to do a review on this one because that would be almost impossible with the number of royalties they would have in their portfolio.
Franco Nevada or Royal Gold could also buyout Sandstorm Resources, although this would be a small acquisition. But Sandstorm has a nice little portfolio of gold streams so it would be a wise purchase by either company."
