No, there are many TARM share holders that not TRGD share holders.
TARM was doing fine, but TRGD terrible. It was a holding company, and thus its value is deeply discounted. Buy the real company, not the holding company. Thus, I think the real company buying the holding company is BAD. I have not seen a good reason from any one to explain the real benefit of TARM to buy TRGD.
Note that if holding company can have great value, people can keep on doing the same thing. Get one real company established, get another holding company to hold the first company, and then get the 3rd company established to hold the second company shares, and you can keep on doing that. This means the holding company should NOT command value. If so, TARM has value, but TRGD has little value. People talk about discount about TRGD. The market was right, TRGD should have LOW valuation.
Now, can any one explain why a high-valuation company buys a low-valuation company?
