Watch for some heavy shorting over
the next couple of weeks. EWD has funds to drill, but a miss would leave them near broke, therefore, they are like to have to raise cash prior to drilling. Certain brokerages know this and will sell the stock down or short it relentlessly to push the price down and force a cheap PP. They can then cover their shorts and reload with PP shares. The time to buy will be between when the PP price is announced and closed and when the drilling starts. All just my prediction, but I will sit and watch if it happens.
