It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. RE: RE: RE: RE: Revenue$2.05 is what I would've guessed before this news story, I could see it hitting $2.20 with the wild speculation that's bound to come up. 

Problem I see is that with all this speculation and the huge run-up in price here (remember is was $1.50 at the start of the month) is that anything but for 2 to 3 cents might send the sp crashing down.  Someone mentioned it earlier and I think it's reasonable.   Keep in mind some people might be expecting a boost from this bridgewater partnership that may not even appear until next quarter.  The status quo won't cut it here, we need some good results or some good guidance.  I hope either I'm wrong or they post stellar results so we can ride this puppy to $2.50.  Bad results I see it heading back towards $1.70 to $1.50.
