Congratulations on the shares you own. At over 200k shares you own a good chunk of the company today. I have never had close to that interest in Protox but have been impressed with what they have to offer.

If the risk is so low, bid pahrma would have been all over a deal after the 3-month results from Phase 2b were available. They were not. Why is that? I suggest the Kissei deal be used as a template to estimate a deal for the USA (remember that the Kissei deal is for all indications of the prostate including cancer). Would you be good enough to take a stab at that?
I like looking at the Kissei deal. $75 million for rights to one product for a single market. That deal shows the belief by a knowlegeable company of the value of this product.
Japan is much smaller than the U.S. What does that make the U.S. worth? Quite a bit. If Japanese rights for a single product are worth $75 million what should the products, the technology, and the rights to the whole world for all of Protox's products/ technology be worth. 35 million is buying just about 60 percent of it all if this deal goes through. Let's do this another way now. If 60 percent of the company is worth $35 million what does that make the Kissei deal worth? That is why I say they are endangering the Kissei deal with the new proposal. Deals can be cancelled.

How to do phase 3? I propose that if this deal doesn't go through there will be another deal. The question isn't whether to do phase 3 or not. It's a matter of is this the deal that should do it.
