once before.Also Petrosa could have been appointed,they are a bigger company than ENG.
We know that Nakor and ENG are seeking new investors to the block.That means that Nakor is going to sell
a part or all of their interest in 1711.Im not sure about ENG,they could also be looking to sell a part of their share
but I dont think the Namibians would have appointed them as operator if that was their plan.
This could be a sign that ENG is prepared to increase their share in 1711 as there has been rumours of.
