Financing and repercussions IF

Financing and repercussions IFHow does a higher share price better 'justify a financing'?
IF a higher share price better justifies a financing, THEN would the higher share price still suffer a 10-20% share price reduction after the announcement of same? [ as per some of the discussion on this board recently ]
{Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this.}
".....As for financing, they currently have money so no need, and will ait for the best time before going to the market. He said the most opportune time for the shareholders. So I guess after news."
BINGO! So look for a higher share price going forward shortly to justify a financing. I say $1.10-1.20
