Should I stay or should I go?????

Should I stay or should I go?????You know, there has been a lot of change in this company lately but I am always suspect when the head guys who are getting paid by the company are not buying shares.  I just looked at the insider reports on SEDI since Jan 1 2009 the only acquisitions are shares for debt.....the directors, which is really f'n scary.  At these prices (under a
.20) if this was worth any salt you'd think management would be gobbling it up......but no, no buys at all.  No acquisitions in the open market by management or the board.  If there were only a 20% chance in the future of getting a BC Hydro contract, if I were management, I would be buying just to roll the dice and say well, they pay me handsomely, I can afford a risk of 100,000 shares or $20,000, after all they are paying me good money to do what I can.  What really concerns me, is the board, can you justify getting half of your over priced fees in shares, doesn't that make you the last horn dog to a trough that has been eaten dry by everybody else.  They should get nothing.
This what they get:

Director on the Corporation’s Board $40,000 per year

Director on the Board of a subsidiary $10,000 per year

Member of a Committee $15,000 per year

Chairman of a Committee $10,000 per year (in addition)

That's alot of money for a shell and will continue to be one until the gravy train dries up which I believe won't be too far in the future.  I think I should go!!!
