RE: Capital Bid

RE: Capital BidSaw the same interview. This is going to be a long drawn out affair. It has the Agrium/cf industries/terra smell about it.
I don't get why the Capitol board would accept GAM's offer if it indeed was less money. But we must keep in mind that GAM's offer was cash AND shares of GAM (albeit a small portion of shares). As Gam shares rise the Gam offer will appeal to Cap holders and I have to believe that Cap board "knows" that GAM shares will rise or they have made an extremely dumb deal. It's either that or they have been offered personel plums in their piece of the pie, in which case they are complete idiot's as GAM trades on the NYSE which has an SEC who actually prosecutes people for this type of nonsense. Unlike my 'made in Canada' poor excuse for a watchdog.
I have to go with my belief in fundamentals and I try to block out noise. Fundamentals are HIGH Gold& Silver prices.
GAM's 3rd quarter will be top shelf...the red light will flash..the crowd will roar...and I will sell THAT news. Until then I buy the pull backs. Bought 5000 more at 7.18 when it pulled back from 7.28. Any short's that haven't covered will tomorrow.
God hates a coward.
