RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: : RE:Croupier1 - I'm not sure we'll ever agree on whether or not the language points to a 'decider' being the BC's EAO representative in terms of her being able to unilaterally keep the suspension 'on' -- and beyond the 31-day suspension request -- for as long as she likes. BUT, I do agree that SOMEHOW there appears to have been a suspension BEYOND the 31-day requested and granted time frame.
That's a little unsettling. IF the BC government's EAO can blow past time lines ON THEIR OWN DISCRETION I'm expecting that the Fed's representative environmental process and team can blow past time lines as well. I've posted that concern before. There appears to be risk of delay here, at the very least.
