RE: RE: what if

RE: RE: what ifMrigs - excellent 5 points.

1 -> General Voting Day for the next scheduled general election is Tuesday, May 14, 2013. https://www.elections.bc.ca/ NET: We ought to have time to put the permit pins in place by then AND be well on the way to a built and BCHydro-powered mine site. [How soon do people here think Schaft Creek could be a producing mine IF all things fell perfectly into place? - 12 months, 24 months, 36 months ??] I think I saw a video on Copper Mountain where they needed to order some huge specialty components that had a two-year delivery time associated with them. Just curious here. I don't think it changes or impacts CUU Shareholders for the shorter term exit strategy and assumed related share price jump.

2 -> Efficacy of a FS has limited shelf life. So, once the FS is out, there's likely an even greater chance of either TECK or some other interest pulling the trigger to gobble up the assets. This could work in our favor in terms of knowing sooner rather than later. That's important IF a CUU shareholder is interested in holding his position in Schaft Creek or TECK or whoever for the longer term.

3 -> How long will the metal surge continue ? From a macro standpoint, a mine with a 22.5 year life does have to look that far out. NET: Not an issue for CUU shareholders as I see things right now.

4 -> $240M cash injection from Teck ought not to be a concern as I see it.

5 -> Most importantly, you're thoughts here are spot on ---> "Teck doesn't get paid to hold onto valuable mining areas. They get paid to mine them. I believe they will either buy back and mine it, or sell it altogether."

My gut tells me that Teck will be putting a fast track on wanting to mine this asset as soon as humanly possible.
