RE: RE: Two new russian articles

RE: RE: Two new russian articlesFrom an russian article earlier this year,Sintez would propose to the other JV partners that they would reenter
Kunene-1.Sintez would invest 70 million$ and the others(Energulf and Petrosa)70 million$.
After 2 years of exploration an production license would be applied for.
According to the article the proposition would be discussed on an JV operations commitee meeting.
It seems that Sintez trusts the evaluation from Petroalliance so much that they were prepared to invest another
70 million$ directly. In an news release from UNX last year Sintez proposed more work on the well.
Now we know that the other JV partners didnt agree on Sintez`s proposal, they first want an independent evaluation.
If the evaluation from Corelab comes to the same conclusion as Petroalliance they will probably reenter Kunene-1 and retest it.Maybe they will drill horizontally in the 2 zones of gas and maybe drill deeper.
If the evaluation comes to another conclusion they probably are going to do more seismic and drill on another location.
